Thank God he uses a low-speed grinder. My cut off wheels are rated 25K and my grinder runs at 23K. I hope there is at least a two or 3 to 1 safety factor on the wheels. I wouldn’t get in the path of the shrapnel with any grinder

Looking forward to seeing this next project getting started! I'd like to see one of your recent builds get completed, I know you get bored after so long on your builds. It would be nice to see Jolene's Bugatti get finished as it looks so close to being ready to put together. You work so hard on your projects and your brain is running 100Km an hour and going a few different directions, but you still do some amazing work just the same! Jolene I know you've probably been told a million times, but your video skills are out of this world. So proud of both of you. It was also cool to see the video of Jolene cruising on the bike today.

At 44 minutes in as Ayden was getting ready to cut the rear lower part, A short simple chalk talk would have been most enlightening for us. We watch you work but we can not see the vision. I expect because you are forming the vision as you go. Pulling up old projects from memory and evaluating what angle of attack will work best. But once you settled on the path a simple diagram would have been wonderful for us to better appreciate your decisions and cuts that follow. Also a follow on dialogue regarding the options you saw the methods you had to use, which method you choose and why. These thought process lessons are rarely giving among craftsmen and i know are hard to verbalize but with Jolene and Aydens help i think you could do a session on general sheet cutting and joining decision making, in the creation of custom cars. How you did the pillars was unique, you method to sink the front and rear window is unique. Not conventional but they work. these are golden lessons if you can figure out how to share them effectively. Ah look at past projects and replay portions of the cutting and joining as examples of the various techniques. There is a young man in Missouri, US, Casey Customs you should watch. He does Chassis swaps like i have never seen. And they are wonderful results. But in the middle it likes like he just cut the both cars to hell with no design or purpose. Then magically on day 3 or 4 he sits the body down and it fits pretty good. He also builds a car then has a raffle!!!! He sells 200 tickets at $50 each and ships the finished car to the winner. His idea of finished is a wide variable. the cars are drivable but still rough and may need details, but safe and able to get tags etc. that is working for him. an idea for you maybe. Take care and know I am simply trying help you communicate to the audience a little better and help share your massive skillset and experiences to more folks that dream about building their perfect Hot Rod, like me. All the best, Dennis

🎉HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAD🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊 That was a great chop on that roof . I don't think the front window is going to fit though because the cow tappers in and that's why it was buckling in the middle, you might have to cheat it out on each side. I love the side view how it looks. With the back going straight down and it's awesome how far back the windshield is laying. Once you get the back side windows metal in it will look even better. Keep up the fantastic work and God Bless you guys. 🔥💯💪🏼👍👍🙏🙏✌😊✌

It's me again, I remember doing a custom bug for a client... This thing was painted in Centari Rose Blood in a large metal flake. It turned out looking so good it was bitchen. As a matter of fact, the owner decided to go with an engine rebuild... It was just me & brother Rog, it was old school but it was cool. Thing's behind the scenes were off the wall...I could tell you more stories but I' beading have.

A suggestion on your tool cord problem. Get a roll of electricle cord & make each tool have a 25 or 30 foot cord on them. Make or buy three or more 50 foot extension cords with multiple female plugs to plug in the wall. that way you can have three or more tools plugged in at your work area since you use one tool at a time.
