I would love to get in to property and hopefully one day I’ll be able to. I think it’s a lot harder than it seems, which is important to keep in mind. You have to be really hands on with it. I know someone that does it and they have a handful of different spots. Very lucrative when done right. I also believe that they work with an agency, so when there’s problems with the properties, the agencies act as the go-between to get things fixed for the tenants. The most important thing is learning to save your money. Nothing wrong with having it and looking broke, it’s better than not having it and looking like you do.
