Over the next year we will take you on a step by step journey as Alec coaches Joe through the highs and lows of what it takes to become a racing driver.
Welcome to Episode 1: "Establishing a baseline". In this episode Alec takes Joe out to the Karting track to put him in a competition kart for the first time and see how Joe's times as a rookie stack up. This is what we consider STEP 1 on the journey from no racing experience to your professional racing license. You have to know where you're starting. This gives you something to compare your progress to.
