Real Nightmare in this room 13077 on MSC Divina !
The room smell smoke because it is right under the smoking area deck 14.
The room is also under the party area on deck 14 so you can't sleep when there is a party because of the music and people dancing.
Several times we had no hot water between 6 and 7pm and I had to go take my shower at the spa.
After 11 days they finally gave us a new room, finally !!!!
