This is a nod to Silent Hill 4: The Room. Not to be confused by the film by Tommy Wiseau. Considering you're trapped in the whole apartment then entire game it's fun to see it here. Wish they kept the spare room.

Trying to get a room to register as an office is one of the most fidly aspects of HF. The office chair needs to cost over $100, and it helps if the other furniture is expensive. Make sure the furniture you choose has "Office" in the name.

Disclaimer: this is all opinion That office feels sooooo claustrophobic. I also notice that Wels is a fan of the ‘millennial grey’ aesthetic. More COLOR!! It doesn’t feel like a home, it feels like an office space.

When you had just showed the kitchen being done, in all those gray tones, the first thing I thought of is, "why does reality look like it just warped into an old black and white 'I love Lucy' TV Show?" and for some reason I can't unsee it. I think the knife stand was the only pop of color I noticed.

When I started watching, I had zero dogs in my lap. Squeaks sound, and poof! Two dogs wanting to know what I had. Best moment of the day so far.😂

I think I would have liked an hanging herb garden over the corner of the island, if there is such a thing. Or perhaps hanging produce baskets. If neither are available, I’d choose a hanging plant. It’s just soooo much white. It would be nice to know what basic parameters are needed to get the game to recognize a room as what you want it to be….frustrating.

I am so used to the squeaking like that, just brings a smile to my face... My dog George loves his squeaky toys. I also really like what you did with the Room 404. I used the new glass walls for the kitchen divider myself when I did it.

Wels, I'd really appreciate if you stop removing the laundry rooms from houses. I'd definitely consider them a necessity over an office As always, though, I enjoy the content. Please keep up the great work :) and, personally, I don't mind if your uploads aren't daily. Don't want you getting burnt out again

This is ancient research, but I remember offices also needing an armchair in addition to the office chair for the room to register. Few of the rooms have always been weird 😄

Sorry to say this, But I liked your first HF series better, just because it seemed that you did a lot more, shifting walls etc. on this series it's usually just move few wall pieces here and there. but hey, Not going to tell what you "should" do, Just giving some feedback.

I'd love to see a bathroom with more colour! My own bathroom is a bright green and I love it 😂 Maybe even a pink, girly bathroom? Looking forward to the next one!

It wouldn't be cramped to put a washer in the bathroom. You could put a washer with drier on top in the corner with the sink next to it by the shower glass. The toilet in the corner more and a thin cabinet next to it for towels and extra paper.

As soon as I saw this I knew immediately, Silent Hill. I'm not going to lift the 'curse' I really like the Silent Hill vibe seen as I'm a fan of that series. I've moved it and made it my office, so cool.

Another nicely done flip! You've really come a long way with your decorating and color choices. I like this a lot. I especially like that you don't take us blow by blow through the renovation. The room you have the office in might just be too small for it to register. Some room types have minimum size requirements (this is also why a bedroom wasn't registering as a children's bedroom in an earlier video)

dont get me wrong i love watching ur content recently and genuinely enjoy your designs and ideas etc. plus dont wanna sound like a jerk however i cannot get the fact that u cover the floor with carpet then throw a rug on top of it and i find it incredibly awkward as a european... i mean for one thing it so outdated and we left it behind in 19th century second they are germ nests of this world it is even dangearous for asthma and weird as hell that only american players do this on house flipper i kinda get that its a cultural thing but it is sooo bzare xD im sorreeehhh i had to let it out i still love ur content heheheh :D
