This time we would like to introduce you to the home of Kahori Endo, chef and owner of Le Petit Keller, an organic restaurant in Paris! The sunny house, which was originally built as an atelier, has been decorated with his favorite furniture and interior furnishings that he found in Brocante, creating a comfortable space. In the latter half of the interview, we also visited the restaurant and had a chance to talk with them! We hope you enjoy... ♪

Who is Kahori Endo?
Kahori Endo has been living in Paris since 1995. After working as a chef at Rose Bakery and Nanashi, he opened a restaurant "Le Petit Keller" in the 11th arrondissement of Paris in 2016 as the owner chef. He was instrumental in establishing the word and culture of "bento" in France.

Mme Kahori Endo est adorable. Elle sait très bien s'entourer d'objets qu'elle aime et dont elle ressent le plaisir qu'ils lui apportent. Son rapport aux objets est très intéressant, on sent qu'elle y est très attachée ; j'aime quand elle dit que le verre bleu syrien donne un bon goût à l'eau !

Очень интересно. Но, в мире же существуют дизайнеры, модельеры. Можно было бы подобрать определенный стил и упорядочить как-то такое красивое пространство. Хаос и не упорядоченность, не создают энергетики для релакса 7:22
