It's a Hindi remake by Mahesh Bhatt starring Chiranjeevi and Juhi Chawla. This movie is called The Gentlemen and released in 94. Mahesh Bhatt got the copyright and Anu Malik used Rahman's tunes for this hindi remake. Only one song is originally composed by Anu Malik.
