Hello, good videos as always dr, could you give me some advice to maintain a reference point in my work length, in the video I see that you put many files for work length if I do that I get lost, I have to work one by one the rooth canal, if I don't do it like that I lose or forget my anatomical reference

Thanks for your appreciation doctor Yes Doctor start with one file and make any Refrence like cusp tip with help of stopper Slowly make habit of taking working length with 2 files and once you find easy then do with 3 files and so on Also do verify the radio graphic length with EAL

Yes Doctor the file was use but when the cone was inserted it resulted in shorter length so switched to 25 gp that was snuggly fit with a tug back and hence obturation Thanks for your valuable suggestions Doctor 👨‍⚕️

Yes Doctor We use 1) Normal Saline 2) Sodium hypochloride (3-5%) 3) CHX(1-2%) 4) EDTA (17%)

Yes Doctor Broach should be used initially to extirpate the pulp tissue Thereafter 10k file
