This is the ultimate trail for me. Root Manoeuvres ‪@BikeParkWalesOfficial‬ is just outstanding. It's everything in one trail I relish. Roots , tech, jumps, rocks and pure excitement.
A top to bottom run will have you smiling all the way down, but be warned - it's not easy. Even my hands cramped up by the end and I couldn't straighten my fingers properly LOL.
Bike park wales has such an array of trails for all abilites, and I'd put this trail at the very top of the Red zone as it's pretty difficult in some areas. If it's your first time, just take it easy and enjoy the ride. Session sections and pick your way down safely.
I've done root manoeures so many times now and even I learn or do something different every single time. It's just one of those tracks.
