All you have to do is draw the parts as he is giving the instructions then at the top of the window select "File" then "Print" and select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer. You can easily make your own PDF files that way.

Which version of solidworks is this? My panel looks a bit different. Mine is 2020 version

His version is SolidWorks Premium 2020 SP0.0. It's on the lower left of the screen. The panels are very customizable and you can make the interface utilize the things you use most, speeding up your productivity. What specifically is different on your screen and his? I have Version 2022 and my interface is almost exactly like his. I have made no customizations. His doesn't look like he has either.

May i know where is the setting i can change so that i can draw a circle by just key in the size i want, now mine i have to use smart dimension to defined the size

Options>Sketch and select "Enable on screen numeric input on entity creation". You can also have it set to adding dimension automatically if you select "Create dimension only when value is entered".

2:6 min you have to draw 20mm hole but you draw 20.5

Yes, the dimension says 20.50 but he says "20 millimeter (first hole), 20 millimeter (second hole" I must have been listening to what he said and not what he did because when I was drawing as he was speaking, I entered 20mm as the dimension for the second hole.
