Still running same trans no issues! GM will be fine for another 50hp if it's been serviced and not high mileage. Have a friend that ran lots of nitrous through his on a 128i with GM and no issues for a long time. But it had 60k miles or so

Xdrive system will be fine, almost positive the front parts are the same between 335xi and 328xi. Axles, diff, etc.

Not unless you're going past around 450whp, but depends on the car and tune

I just had to run n54 coolant hoses and modify them

I just had it laying around from my e36 m3 and pushed it on lol

I've had plenty of manual BMWs, I prefer an auto for a daily and a manual for a weekend car.

We made a plate adapter for it to convert the big square to a 2.5" pipe, then routed pipe to the intercooler, and out of the intercooler and into the intake manifold. If you have any tip or suggestions regarding the m90 I would love to hear them as I'm not incredibly knowledgeable on them.

Did you use black rtv around the base of the super charger?

Also what generation is the super charger did you drop the pulley to what size ?

It was not fun to fab I'll tell you that much haha. And I didn't get a chance to dyno before my crank bolt backed out at 240k, I was going to dyno after getting tune dialed in then go turbo anyways. I didn't want to spend the time reinstalling the whole kit on a new motor just to dyno when I was switching to turbo. The new owner of the kit said he will dyno though and I can share those numbers

@@RaimundN52 yeah, all that spaghetti looks like it wasnt fun to route 😅 and that makes sense, not everyone has access to a dyno day. Numbers dont mean much, as long as the tune is reliable and its fun to put your foot down.

I didn't add up exactly how much it cost as it was many trips to home depot buying misc items, it took a lot of time though. It is hard to fab yourself. But I'm not an expert fabricator

Stock engine, the crank hub eventually spun on this car at 240k ish. 350hp is fine

No programming needed, I have an 06 which came with a ZF on 325/330. Which is not the same ZF on the 335, which is stronger.
