Yeah the swithc is a glorified DS. It doesnt have the computing power or resources to deal with these kinds of games but devs still keep forcing them onto the platform in hopes that theyll sell more copies.

Oooh man, that sucks! Yeah it's completely inexcusable that something as basic as this slipped past qa testing for two years, and there's been no mention of a coming patch for however many months the update has been out

Oh joy! This is actually an old bug then, this is exactly what happened when acrid came to consoles! You couldn't actually keep him unlocked unless you deleted your save file and started anew.

That's a death sentence for me because I have way too many things unlocked and I don't want to delete my save because of the incompetence of gearbox

Hopefully they patch it before the next dlc update comes out! Cause that could be seen as kinda lazy if they just did nothing and put it off for a while

From what I've heard they have a few problems but not like this

the "issues" greatly affect the main game. this review was after only around 3 hours of play. ive played a lot more, and the problems with the switch port go much further than what is seen in this review. the framerate of the game is somehow worse than it was previously, lag makes the sound glitch out (looking at you fireworks), fall damage is just straight up wrong, beating eclipse 8 only shows eclipse 7(though this was a problem before dlc), hitting a steep slope with mercs 2nd ability makes you take fall damage for like half your health, awu's red items can sometimes just clip through the floor, THERE ARE STILL TOO MANY GOSH DANG ENEMIES SPAWNING, and lag makes you clip through the map. None of these issues are in pc, and none were in the previous console ports. the dlc was meant to fix issues, not make more of them. i think the dis is rather justified.
