One of the things that i think a lot of ppl havent taken into consideration and what made this such an outrage and seem wrong is bc a lot of ppl did love Pop Smoke, and he was bringing light back to NY when there had not been much going on besides 69 dumbass, and he was really trying to get out of that type of lifestyle, and Pop was in LA just minding his business and trying to relax before he went on his first tour. I think all of that tied into the main thing being it was just too soon. Thats on the court system even though i cant stand Adam either. He even said that this was prob the first ever murder case where the person actually got convicted, did their time, and was able to be interviewed at 21yr old. Shit is wild! Im a huge Pop Smoke fan and it hurt me to know that he was getting interviewed but mainly all i could think about was how bad this was gonna be for Pops family. 4 yrs is no where near enough time to heal for something like that. U prob never heal but still. It almost felt like it was happening all over again to extent. Plus Pop Smoke Day is coming up on July 20th, which they do every year for Pops bday and i know that alone brings heavy feelings to his family. So to have to deal with this stuff on top of that will be super hard for them im sure. Idk, thats just my opinion

I kno this probably sounds weird but that kid sounded more “remorseful” then I was expecting and I was honestly glad he wasn’t pulling the WWE/69 BS and gloating and bragging about it. He said if he could go back he wouldn’t do it, he said it was a horrible thing that happened and he gave condolences to the family… and I kno this sounds harsh but atp, that’s all he can do. Pop’s not coming back, this kid has had his own issues…. It’s f’d up… He took someone who had SO MUCH MORE LEGENDARY MUSIC to give us. He was a real talent.. And I do feel f’d up about him using the death of Pop Smoke as his ticket to a new found “fame” and possible career. And Adam didn’t take advantage of that kid. The kid reached out (and was paid… which also is 🤨) … But the only reason I kno who Lul Tim is is because he unalived Von… But murderers have been being interviewed for DECADES now… they make documentaries about serial killers… js…. AND ALSO, if you watched it, …. You gave it a view and supported it despite how wrong you think it is…

I put remorseful in quotations because it wasn’t a direct quote from him but I didn’t kno how else to explain the overall take I got from the interview. And he explained what he meant by not being sorry. He grew up being taught to never say sorry for the things you do because you did them and you need to stand on them, so that was the thought process in his mind for that statement. He said horrible was a better word. It was horrible what happened… for someone who is the type of person to do things like that to begin with I thought it was as about as… any word I think to put there sounds as crazy as “remorseful” does… i was just glad it wasn’t the whole “yea I did it and what? Who cares. Smd. Ur fav is gone” type of BS. But he came off more like, I was doing too much at that time, if I could go back in time and not go that nite I would, condolences to the family, it was a horrible thing that happened… In no way am I trying to say this kid was just hanging with the wrong crowd, or this one was mistake he deserves forgiveness or he feels really bad about doing it or any of that BS. I’m just saying, as someone who goes into situations like that and has most likely done a lot of heartless and traumatic things to people, he wasn’t making light of what happened… that’s all I’m saying.
