I saw Bernie play with Whitesnake when they opened for Jethro Tull at MSG. Great show and to top it off I was sitting in the 6th row center with Whitesnake directly in front of me in the 5th row. Great guys and very friendly. I was also lucky enough to see Rory open for Rush at MSG. Sadly, I might have been the only one there who knew his music and phenomenal playing.

Met Bernie back in the early nineties when he was touring with M3. What a truly lovely bloke he is.

He does seem like a good bloke on stage and in any interviews I have seen online. It's easy to see how he wouldn't have got on with the revamped Whitesnake when they sold out.

Love the laid back tempo here coverdale rush through this one Bernie groves it moore. Good version love that the crowd sings too.

Stellar performance of Mardsen's great song. Think the vocal inflections on the big recording were his by the sound of it, not Coverdale's. He is missed. What a talent.
