The greatest *musician* of all time in my eyes. He was not only flawless on anything with strings, but was also proficient at harmonica, saxophone, etc. Not only that but he could play folky Bob Dylan type stuff then the next moment give Hendrix vibes. He was also a great songwriter and the most humble artist in the industry. Long Live Rory

I'm 66yo. Have always loved Rory It's the sign of a proper musician when a staple of theirs is performed so differently and it doesn't matter. A God of the guitar.

Best touch ever with the slide. Clear as a bell with ringing tone without any extraneous string interference. Perfect counterpoint to his gutsy vocal. Got into Jimi territory for a bit after the 5 minute mark. Then, back to his so tasteful phrasing. Harp player just right. Not trying to do too much. Rory's tone is glorious. What a treat.

These Airline Resoglas Guitars went trough the roof because Jack White plays them. But Rory, the master makes that guitar sing like no other!
