I love how rory has been going on a campaign for jose in the last month. He's like a politician doing the same speech in every city because its a new audience every time His key points 2024 Mourinho is better than 2024 poch Mourinho got sacked in his last 4 jobs but won everytime Tottenham aside but that's Tottenham Mourinho had 2 back to back European finals in the last 2 years The last mqnager to win italy a European trophy was jose mourinho and the one before that was jose mourinho Ryan mason lost against pep 1-0 imagine what jose could have done I haven't even watched this one yet but i bet half of those points will come up

Jennings is like a babbling puppet whose strings are being pulled by disaffected Chelsea fans. He’s totally missed the point of the project, did he expect a brand new group of young players would immediately gel and be successful. I’ve supported Chelsea for half a century and he needs to remember Ferguson, Klopp and Arteta to name 3 who were all given time. As for Mourinho, he is delusional and has he forgotten that he managed Spurs and Man Utd. Chelsea are not desperate they are building and this fool wants to take us back. Grow up you are like a teenager harking back to a lost girlfriend. I’m sick of seeing and hearing this nonsense either buy into the project or say something constructive.

@@philbarton2832 Ruin the club?Mourinho made Chelsea what it is today. Without him, we would never have grown past midtable mediocrity. Even after he left, it's Mourinho's core players who won Chelsea league titles. It's no coincidence that all of Chelsea's Premier League title winning teams had one of Mourinho's core players (Cech, Terry, Lampard, Drogba) Yes JT and Lampard where there before Mourinho came, but Mourinho turned them into winners.

@@zack7438 ABRAMOVICH made Chelsea what it is today. There I fixed it for you. Mourinho did well at Chelsea initially but then got sacked twice because he nosedived. It is utterly embarrassing how any team would want a manager who has been sacked twice before at that club. He hasn't won a league title anywhere for a very long time and he notoriously doesn't like managing youngsters only ready made players so again would be terrible for Chelsea's young squad. No matter how you cut it Jose would be an absolute trainwreck if he went back a third time

Jennings is not the brightest in class eh. Bringing Jose back a third time is simply a very bad idea. It didn’t work the second time and he had a good squad to work with then. He’s past his best unfortunately and to appoint him makes no sense. He’d be in charge of kids and he’s too old to mould them into what Chelsea want them to be and to achieve. This is nonsense that Jennings and his ilk have spouted off on before, it’s really not forward thinking and counter productive imo. Until the kick off stream Jennings was a non entity tbh, time he faded back into obscurity or better still go back to acting.

This is the problem with Chelsea fans, this is the epitome of a Chelsea’s fan. Fire the manager, it’ll make everything better! Yes Rory, 5 managers in a season and a half .. that doesn’t scream panic at all! What happens when the fans start booing jm? How long do we give him before we go to 6 managers in that Spahn.? Let’s blame it all on the manager too! Let’s forget how many easy goal scoring chances we’ve missed, we have no clinical players on this team. Let’s forget all the injures we’ve had , poch has never had his strongest 11. Let’s keep resetting Rory, cause eventually it’s going to happen again with Jose, so let’s forget the long term approach. Let’s keep doing what we are doing , firing guys left and right.

You're right; Injuries are this club's biggest problem. There has to be a serious inquiry as to what the hell is going on. How can a team that players one game a week struggle with so many injuries? Injuries stop us from having a consistent line-up, from building a spine and that's where the issue lies. Pochettino can only do so much with such an unstable club.

As a Spurs fan i think both Pochettino and Mourinho are top managers, but Mourinho's style would require big funds to succeed, whereas Pochettino's might not. I think Poch is the best fit for the Chelsea job.

I don't see it as a crazy take as everyone thinks, facts are in the 2 times Mourinho was at Chelsea he won so much, that he filled the trophy cabinet for the club. The only club Jose didn't win a trophy was Tottenham, because Levi is a consummated "accountant", that will never win anything.

@@oscartini8030 Everton weren't expected to go far in cup competitions yet alone win something and ancelotti doesn't ruin clubs and personal relationships with players, staff and owners. Ancelotti also handles the media much better. Pochettino plays attractive football, works well with young players and likes to build projects so was an obvious stand out candidate for Boehly's new regime but there's just one problem...Boehly is a moron so no manager could win a major honour under this ownership. Poch is an easy target because of his spurs ties. Jose would be an absolute trainwreck managing this young squad and would destroy these players mentality
