Former first lady, Rosalynn Carter, will be laid to rest on Wednesday in her hometown of Plains, Georgia, following Tuesdays memorial service in Atlanta where family & friends, including her husband President Jimmy Carter who is currently in hospice care, joined together to remember her incredible life. NBC News correspondent Blayne Alexander reports.
