¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 sticks (16 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
¼ cup seedless raspberry jam
Puffed Rice Cereal and Marshmallow Treats
2 tablespoons butter
1 package (10 ounces) mini marshmallows
6 cups puffed rice cereal
Royal Icing
3 large egg whites
4 cups powdered sugar
