I have found reference to Gilmour walking on stage as a surprise guest for Jeff Beck's 2009 appearance at the Royal Albert Hall where they both played Jerusalem and Hi Ho Silver Lining... it could be this one.

It is a rendition of Hubert Parry's choral arrangement of the William Blake poem "Jerusalem", which itself is about an old English myth of Jesus having visited England (obviously not a very likely occurrence).
