Great way to start the day. This spot is a SOLID taqueria. Right when I pulled up, I noticed the smell of suadero boiling in the cauldron. I ordered 3 different tacos and definitely the suadero was the best. It was so juicy and had a perfect mixture of fat to lean meat balance.

I ended up wanting to come to this spot because their menu caught my attention. I saw meats that I’ve never seen before. I decided on trying the beef eye, beef throat, and arrachera tacos. Every taco I got here was amazing. Surprisingly, I liked the eye and throat tacos. The texture and flavors were great and I didn’t expect to like them as much as I did.

Last spot for the day was a mariscos restaurant in a small fishing village in popotla. First off, I have never heard of this restaurant or seen it before. I picked this spot on the fly because of how nice and welcoming they were. The family invited me in and I couldn’t resist because the smell of freshly fried fish made me interested. I ended up ordering a mojarra Frita and a couple oysters. Everything was so so good. I am definitely making this a must stop when I’m in Baja California. I highly recommend eating here.
