Good afternoon friends! Today I offer you my version of the famous rose cake, a delicious and beautiful brioche cake to look at, perfect as an Easter dessert! In my recipe I added lemon juice to the cream of butter and sugar and the flavour, I assure you, is fantastic!

500 g of flour type 0 (protein 12) or half flour 00 and half manitoba
Milk 180 g
Yeast 10 g (3 grams if you use dry yeast)
2 eggs
Soft butter 60 g
Sugar 60 g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Lemon peel
A pinch of salt
For the filling
Butter 100 g
Sugar 80 g
Lemon juice 20 g
