I think personally with this fight she can contend for the belt, she has experience didn’t fall for the games and fought like a champion she kept composed and showed a lot of confidence, It doesn’t matter about her own personal life let’s just respect her and all the fights she’s had and her fighting spirit. I’d love to see her one day fighting for the belt whoever it is when the time comes much respect to her and her team this was a good fight and a good card also.

I knew that Tracy Cortez had no chance to beat thug Rose and I think it was a big mistake for her to take the challenge too early because it's going to make her go to the back of the bus on back of the line when it comes to a title shot because I understand that she wanted to get the number 6 Rankin from Rose namajunas but I would not take a fight 2 weeks notice and then not only that against a two-time world champion if you ask me it was just too early for that challenge she should have fought a couple of fighters under Rose namajunas and some of the ex champions before taking this fight but you know what they say metal sharpens metal and this is what makes fighters get better with the experience I think she would have wrestled more and took her down cuz remember that Brazilian girl couldn't hit her or couldn't punch her so she grabbed her and slammed her on her head but all in all I knew that she was going to stay the victor good job Rose

Rose had a good 3 rounds in that fight. It makes sense that a person would take the last 2 rounds off and run away when they know they won the first 3 but it doesn’t make for a great fight. Tracy made the fight really good in round 5.

This puts into perspective how tiny female fighters are. Rose had the better skill set. Tracy is definitely not at the level of a Tatiana suarez or any of the top women at 125.

Rose should've never left Trevor Whitmann, he's the best coach she ever had. Her husband Pat the groomer plays an important role in her decision making and it effects her career in a bad way. Carla fight was one of the example, she only listen to her husband, seems like she's afraid of him but didn't want to show it, but im just guessing and thats my opinion, doesn't mean I'm right. But i really hope she find her groove and confidence back coz she got the experience and the skills to beat Grasso and Valentina if she's 100% body and mind.

She's more than ready, she got more experience than Grasso and even a better striker. We all know Valentina is the best rn in terms of striking because of her Muay Thai background, but when it comes to mixing it up Rose is the best among the 3 of them. Remember rose move upto 125 from 115 and she got W in a row now and I'm pretty sure with a training camp and injury free she'll be able to take on Grasso or Valentina. But very important thing that Rose did was leaving Trevor Whitmann, he's the best coach she ever had, her husband pat berry involved way too much in her decision making and it effects her career. The Carla fight was one of the effect, she only listen to her husband and he's not that good of a coach compared to Trevor Whitmann. But looks like she got her groove and confidence back which is very important for her.

Lo que veo y lo que siento es que Alexa Grasso no podrá mantener el cinturón de campeóna primero ella la Mexicana es muy sobrevalorada porque le gana a una Valentina ya entrará en edad y con eso perdida de fuerza y rapidez igual así pierde una pelea que Valentina iba dominando y un descuido le cuesta la pelea y en la segunda pelea es muy claro que le regalaron un empate a Alexa Grasso y ya la Mexicana a estado mucho tiempo sin pelear y no me sorprendería que Valentina o la Francesa les gane e incluso Rose Namajunas le daría una gran paliza a Alexa Grasso.

So Tracy clearly had a hard weight cut due to taking the fight on short notice, I’m not saying Tracy would have done much better. But Rose was dominating the entire time and still couldn’t put her away. Young Rose would have tapped Tracy or put her out with strikes. She is boring on the mic and doesn’t like to do media. Women’s division needs another Joanna type to step up. Otherwise people are going to keep hating on women’s mma.
