Within the 5 years she was in bond I think the government should have tracked her down to see whether this person has changed and if yes then if he or she should be punished then atleast reduce the jail-term

The stress of selling weed should be somehow similar to being incarcerated because one is always concerned whether the last sale will be the one that will send her to prison.
