There is nothing like U.S. Marine Corps Band with the B2 Bomber flyby kicking off the Rose Parade. Instead we get a Grand Marshall who's only claim to fame is she sells records. She's followed by a couple bands and float with kids beating drums. What really was the last straw was watching young women dancing down the street in white spandex who were obviously unaware that spandex is a privilege, not a right. The USMC Band had to stop numerous times because the pace of the parade was dictated by the "Show" in front of them. And when they played, they were difficult to hear because the other bands were drowning out them out. Next year the Air Force and Marine Corps should save their money and let Hollywood have the parade.

This marks the first Rose Bowl Parade with a Transvestite as the Rose Bowl Queen, need a new name for this parade.

The parade ended prematurely because the parade has become like the ridiculous Super Bowl halftime show. Too many stops and distractions by celebrity performances..

Please call it by it’s correct name It’s not the “Rose Bowl Parade” it’s the Tournament of Roses parade, or simply Rose Parade. The Rose Bowl has nothing to do with the parade.
