I bought a rose quartz tumble stone last week. I run it under water every night and put inside my bra where the heart chakra is and go to sleep. I don’t know if I am imagining things or something has really changed but I was overly emotional to the point where it was taking a mental toll on me. I use to cry watching videos on KZfaq which were just borderline emotional. Lol! It feels like I am more in control of my emotions now and not absorbing the negativity, that too just in few days only. I really hope I am not imagining this.

I believe in this...I have a bowl of little Rose Quartz pieces in my kitchen and wrote my deepest and most heartfelt lovesong during a very emotional time right next to the bowl. It felt like the lyrics where dictated to me by some higher spirit...and I am not even very spiritual. I feel very calm around it after 10+ years of anxiety.

Great question! everything in life has a vibration, and crystals have their own energy or vibration that can release, store, amplify and hold your body's aura, energy field, or vibration. The vibrations of crystals can actually change depending on the energy surrounding them- for example our energy. So crystals are best used with intention and consistent connection- and it's also important to regularly cleanse them as they can hold our stagnant energies/or other surrounding energies. Sleeping with a large heart shaped crystal and I tuck a small one in my bra during the day. I work in a hospital so I wear a black tourmaline crystal around my neck. Mam I came to know that before using rose quartz,we should soak it in salt water to purify it. And in one video someone told it's important to soak it for 3days in salt water just to check whether it's a real rose quartz or a coloured one specially if I wish to intake the over night rose quartz soaked water in daily basis. Now my question is if I soak it in salt water for such a long time, wouldn't it absorb the salt in it? And salt is not good for our skin no? So after soaking in salt water and then cleaning in tap water, would it gonna give us that glow to our skin when we will use it for rubbing it in our skin?
