It seems like there is always a looking for or "holding onto" some resolution and for comfort and pleasure in the environment and in the thoughts (thought appearing as a thinker trying to figure things out, trying to perfect understanding, looking for revenge, fearing threats, remembering comforts and pleasures and trying to reproduce them etc.). And there is an underlying discomfort that is driving that so-called behavior. If there is the noticing of the thoughts for what they are (empty of anyone and just automatically appearing), then the underlying discomfort is somehow "just clearly there". The feeling that craves and wants to move, but as such it is without those "language thoughts". When it's not combined to the thoughts and there is no "doer", "thinker" or even an "awarer" -illusion, it seems to vanish. Not that there is anyone or anything demanding for it to vanish. That would be just more apparent "thought activity" trying to pose as some central space-time -based "experiencer" that is "meditating" in order to get somewhere or some pleasing result with it, for "itself". I don't know if that makes sense. That's just something that, according to apparent memory, has been noticed "here" (although there is no "here" either). And I meant to just say "thank you for the talks" but the above seems to have appeared. Anyway, thank you still. It's nice to hear that voice in this context.

When you say their is no one, it points to their is someone. There must be someone to have no one. You cant have just one side of the coin. Someone and no one are the same..there is and isnt a need. That is non duality.

Hi Pam, It is impossible to understand there is only one. We are so used to see that there is two, that it seems the only way. This is talking about another possibility, outside of the story.

@rosemarijnroes hey rose. One points to more than one. Honor the appearance of both seen and unseen, high and low etc is it. Neti neti.. neither this or that and I might venture to say both this and that and neither this or that and both this and that. There is no thing to unbranded and understanding can appear for no one and someone. That way someone and no one become IT. Ineffable. I think we are speaking of something different and similar. "I" include opposites as they disappear each other. Which is what It is and isnt. Can't have a front without a back. No? I so enjoy you. And yes time is but a concept. As is an inch, a yard, a mm, equator. All measurements in time

Is language just a tool to function in this world? There are only sounds. There is only this. If there is only one, then this is the place where everything happens. Resonating without understanding. "There is and isn't a need" Not needing anything more is the real paradise. That's why I love this channel and everyone who visits it. Are we all one? To be there or not to be there, that is the question without an answer.

@rombouthoogerbeets8527 there is one appearing as many. How do you know what one is? You need a back drop for so.ething to appear. Many and one are needed ... everything must have nothing to be everything. Saying their is only one, cannot be said without 2 or more. Cannot have a front without a back. Can't have a top without a bottom. What is is when they collapse together and apart. Try saying a single word that doesn't have its opposite. Not duality another concept is both and neither. Neti neti not this not this
