"In building, topping out (sometimes referred to as topping off) is a builders rite traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction"."It is a saying in China that people should have a stable residence before they can devote themselves to work and develop their career. Building a house is a significant activity for every household"

In Chinese culture after the house is completed, there will be a ceremony where they will invite the monks to do the buddist ceremony where they ask God’s blessing for happiness, protection, health etc.. In some cases they will arrange a banquet at the new house for relatives, friends and neighbors.

If society and communities around the world could live in coexistence like this the world would be a beautiful place to live in and no matter where your journey of life takes you , East ! West ,South or North you would always feel quite at home with the people you found there. It's common for the villages to not have young people, thats why there have been alot of content creators from rural areas, to create interest for young people to go back to villages.

Aging population effect. This what was discussed on another channel ( Yiweng from Zambia) about one of the reasons why the men have to go marry abroad because there are fewer women in age to conceive and renew the population. Wishing them success 🎉
