If a thing is worth doing ,it is worth doing well. So much preparation has gone into this dough ,it can not fail to be delicious.The whole process is so interesting and enjoyable to watch. Not as labour intensive as it used to be before the machinery but you still need quite a few hands to assist. Always a joyful learning experience 😊 Always so hungry when I've watched them preparing their mouthwatering meals 😂

The kitchen where you went to use the machine to make the Huangmiguo, is it the town’s community kitchen? My grandfather’s home village has something like that. It has a big oven and everyone in town would bring their week’s worth of bread loaves to the big wood burning oven to bake their bread.
