We stayed once again at the Rosen inn at pointe Orlando .This is what it looks like now and what we think of it . Oct 2023

Ive watched all your travel escapades and find them brilliant as your both just living your best lives, keep them coming. Most enjoyable plus youve given me some good ideas for our first trip to orlando in February

Who doesn’t love a budget hotel and a very decent one , shops hot food bar music restaurant pool what’s not to like , seemed a nice location aswell and certainly good for families as things are hard at present . We also love to sit on the balcony and have a drink and watch the world go by , thanks again for these wonderful videos they really brighten up our evening’s after work , thanks

I find these videos absolutely fantastic, they are not only informative they appeal to many questions that people want to know before they visit. Im surprised you guys dont have a travel agency😉

We just love too wobble along and take in what we see, don't plan as such, we just go day by day. We like finding out information as much as we can and if it helps people then makes it all worthwhile. Would have loved to have been a travel agent when I was younger. Appreciate all your messages. @@steveandcarole Hi again, could you point me in the direction of a travel card, what would you say is good to take, 50/50 with cash? I am unsure whether to look at prepaid, but have no idea, are there any that have restrictions in places, just looking for something tried and tested :) Love to hear your thoughts x

@thehiltongirl Hi again, We use a revolut card, which has been excellen and all places take it. We put 60 % on card and take 40% in cash. Most of the parks are tending to go card only now. We use cash $ for tipping. mainly. Hope this helps. xx

Just got back to Cyprus from a freezing UK, and catching up on your vlogs. Looks like a lovely hotel with everything you need, not too fancy, but you don't go to Florida to sit in your room.

Hi Alison, Trust your visit to UK was a good one. Rosen Pointe is a budget hotel, very clean, spacious and beds comfy like you said all you need in Florida. Enjoy your nice warm weather. xx

Just come back from there, an ideal hotel great buffet breakfast and a good nights entertainment Karaoke Monday with the locals.

So glad you had a good stay at Rosen Pointe. We also enjoyed the Karaoke night, didn't participate as neither me or Steve can't sing. Lol Buffet very good value. First stayed here 28 years ago when it was the quality in plaza. Thank you for your message and happy new year.

We love the Rosens, we stayed in the one near the big McDonald's, it was great. We just wish the pool was bigger 😊

Oh dear, that's where we are staying in February. Rosen's are very good value. Shame about the pool but I'm sure we will survive, if Steve doesn't change it last minute, as he has habit of dong this. xx

Good review - who do you book with. Have you done a planning and costings video, ie travel company, car hire, hotel, package or independently. Thanks

We booked this trip as a package through Tui. (Flight and Hotel) Car hire through Andy (florida discount cars ) we picked up on international drive and cost was £550 for 12 days. Park tickets we booked through Orlando Attraction Tickets. We are going with BA next trip so will do a breakdown vlog of cost and companies we book through. Thank you for your message.

hey! great review, thank you. I am coming to this hotel in April next year and wonder whether you've used the free buses to Universal? If so, do they have multiple coming and going or is it just the one?

Thank you for your message. We didn't actually use the busses as we had a car. We did see people waiting almost everytime we came out of hotel so guessing they come along frequently. Have a lovely time in April. x

We stayed here 12 months ago and it was really hard to get a ticket for the bus. You had to request one 24 hours in advance and we kept missing out. We got the Lynx bus from over the road for $2 each - they were really frequent and more convenient.

@mat_mjb Thank you for that information. We shall use the Lynx for $2 instead of paying parking next time.
