'Since becoming a mother and entering into my thirties, I'm certainly more aware of the things that bring joy in a much more meaningful way,' Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tells us in the latest episode of Beauty Truths.
From feeling stressed throughout lockdown, to dealing with being in the public eye and managing her adult acne, the Rose Inc. founder isn't afraid to open up about her anxieties.
When it comes to pregnancy and being a new mum, Huntington-Whiteley is as admirably honest. 'For me there was so much anxiety and nerves around having a baby... I just didn't feel comfortable talking about something that was happening so rapidly to me,' she says.

i loved this. my favourite thing about rosie is that whilst she is gorgeous, elegant, and goddess-like, she’s also down-to-earth, relatable, and “normal” all at the same time.

Good morning, great topic, I read an article today that you follow a protein diet.I was impressed, I also follow and I don't consume alcohol at all (rarely) and I consume almond milk, without sugar, preservatives and gluten (only from meat) I didn't expect there to be people with such a diet. thank you💙

I love Rosie,I am 1/2 British....I love her natural makeup look" plus I always felt inspired by her. Also she's a real one to be honest lady. I adore her for this. I wish I could get her Rose" Inc " products , at our small city Sephora. I love her soothing voice haha so does my elderly cat so relaxed ,her wee head in my other palm!!! She ( Named Pumpkin) purring crazily ...loves Rosie too!!!! It's her soft voice similar to mum ( mine!!) so that's a big compliment too!!! I get that. Loving yourself. My angelic cat & being in therapy for bipolar taking care of my skin hair healthy lifestyle.....stayed same weight 4 yrs not that relevant,but I'm 60 now,most ppl think I'm 40 or younger With / without my makeup on! I owe the weight to genetics bc my family Dad & mum were both thin. I owe you for telling it like it is,Ms Rosie. You truly remind me of the Roses my dear mum ( RIP) from her beautiful front garden grew so delicately, As you sound as well. No, we didn't live in U.K. Just ancestors) we lived in Canada.
