This is not possible. You can't kill a person who passed away 25 centuries before. Fun Christmas History: Santa is actually St. Nicholas in 4 BCE in Turkey. Because he gave "magic gifts" and good deeds that he has done, he became famous in the Netherlands, St Nicholas's Dutch name is Sinterklaas (sinter is Saint in Dutch, and Klaas is Nicholas). When Dutch people came to the US, they still believed in Sinterklaas because of their tradition and wanted the Americans to inherit their tradition. The problem is that the word "Sinterklaas" this year is difficult for Americans to pronounce, so they implemented Sinterklaas's other name: Sancta Claus and combined it with "Sinterklaas", Sinter doesn't have the /k/ sound like "Sancta", so "Sinter" combined with "Sancta" became "Santa", and "Santa" is closer to "Sancta", so the word after "Santa" is "Claus" instead of "Klaas", so "Sinterklaas" and "Sancta Claus" combined is "Santa Claus", which is the modern Santa.
