Sorry it gets dark sometimes, it was recorded on my iPhone so the quality isn't that great. Plust it was really sunny which doesn't help.

They filmed him singing this song about 5 times in the same spot. Sometimes they used the confetti canons and sometimes they didn't.

With Disney stuff and parades of course he'll lip sync but in concert he sings live with R5 and he is uber talented live.

You can watch this parade on Christmas morning on ABC. The actual Christmas parade runs at Disneyland every day during the Christmas season. But Ross Lynch isn't there. He was only there for the taping of the christmas special for ABC, which airs on December 25th.
