If you look at any grocery store you can find a version of these. They’re Konjac noodles/pasta made from Konjac Flour and water which is a root vegetable made of water from asia. They don’t really absorb any flavour and have a diff texture but if you want a pasta with virtually no calories but the feeling of having pasta then this is a good option! I used to use them a lot especially Konjac rice. But I’ve recently swapped to chickpea flour pasta as yes it has a tonne more calories but no wheat and full of protein and goodness and fills you up wayyy more and breaks down sooo easy

@01:57 They're called Miracle Noodles; I have never heard of 'em. I will have to look at the grocery and see if I can find them. I like noodles with curry so if I can find them I will give the noodles a try.

"Konjak" it has hardly any nutrients so if you have it for a long time, it is very easy to over eat other foods afterwards, which would lead to gaining back the weight.

They r tofu noodles. Different stores carry different brands. Will find by tofu in refrigerated section. I don't eat pasta. Love these noodles. No guilt!
