Well, not every 3 minutes here (more like 6-10), but you're right: that's way too much! I have no problem with monetization, it's only fair. But those few views probably won't bring in much and at this rate it's just annoying!

JDF is just charisma made flesh. From himself playing the flamenco guitar in "Se il mio nome saper", to his excellent voice, to his stellar acting, to his actual funny moments (Look at how in 2:19:34 he adds that extra bit of not being able to go past the railing, and how when him and Fingerlos fall they are both smiling to eachother) Just all this bits and pieces that make this such an amazing production

Florez, der Jahrhundert-Almaviva (stimmlich wie schauspielerisch) hätte sich brillantere Bässe (Coliban und Rumetz sind stimmlich bestenfalls Mittelmaß) verdient. In 55 Jahren Opernleidenschaft habe ich unzählige Almavivas erlebt, aber keinen, der selbst Gitarre spielte, noch dazu mit köstlichen, spanischen Einbindungen. Schlagobershäubchen: Die eingeschobene Cenerentola-Arie, die man im Normalfall nicht zu hören kriegt. Schade auch, dass die vielen erdachten Gags nur in der Fernsehaufzeichnung zu genießen waren. Mutig alle, die nach Florez vor den Schlussvorhang gingen!

@paoloberti, mi chiedo come mai il tenore del conte D'Almaviva possa essere stato per centinaia di rappresentazioni un tenore " leggero " come Luigi Alva, eccelso, e 30 anni dopo Jaun Diego Florez, tenore dalla voce potente, straordinario !!!! Domando se il cantante, qualunque bella voce abbia, sia adatto per qualsiasi ruolo ................credo di no !

It is hard to understand why the Wiener Staatsoper ditched a perfect Opera and replaced it with a surreal absolutely senseless modern version which violates the eyes.
