Capital of Russia's Southern Federal District.
It is located in the the mouth of the Don River
and home to many Ethnic Groups and center of
Cossack Culture.
City Population ( 2010 ): 1,089,900
Ethnic Groups:
Russians, Kuban Cossacks, Armenians,
Ukrainians, Greeks

There is, luckily formal president Medvedev did something about that, but in Rostov the people are really nice, there is also not much racism, because there live allot of other kinds of people like Tatars in the south of Russia.
