In the rotating frame of reference in NMR Spectroscopy is discussed in a very simple manner. The effect of rotating frame of reference on B0 and B1 field have also been discussed with similar analogies. Cyclic representation of a wave have also been discussed for simple and easy explanation.

I understood your explanation very well but I have only one question, that is why the Mz is parallel to the z axis after the B0"disappers" .

@chen first of all thank for watching, your question is very relevant, I also had/have this question 😊. Here I can tell you why I have drawn like this. Actually when Bo field is applied net magnetisation vector starts precessing about Z axis, on this virtual frame of reference the net magnetisation vector seems to be stationary but since at this moment it experience both the field so it is very difficult to visualise the position of net magnetisation vector. In literature also I have tried to find this but I couldn’t, to the best of my knowledge. Since in all the text books on applying 90deg or 180deg pulse the angle 90 and 180deg is measured with respect to net magnetisation vector Mz along z axis, that is why I have drawn this along z axis and no any specific explanation for this. Thank you

@Mostapha Abid thanks for your appreciation. Actually I don’t understand what you really want to know 1- how simulation for the system can be done or 2- before putting the parameters in the software how the system needs to be visualised. I never worked simulation but I can help you to understand the system when both B0 and B1 are on upto certain extent. Thanks for watching and your support 🙏

@@SpectrumClassesbyDr.Sulaxna Thanks for your answer ,yes i need to visualise this movement , i know how the system looks like but i try to simulate that with C++ i already try to do that ,i unterstand the bloch equation, and i know that this simulation can be done just when we use thise equation, do you have any idea ? ;Thanks for your videos
