This is pretty amazing. I love it. One suggestion though, is make it so you can get the coals right up under the food. I have a customized grill where the coal pan sits way up high and the grill literally sits on the coals. I get some amazing maillard reaction on my steaks. Takes it to the next level.

The idea is ingenious... If I do this: 1. I will increase the size by three times, 2. I use exclusively stainless steel for all the elements, 3. I use lock washers instead of nuts, 4.sheet metal heat resistant stainless steel 3-4mm. It's bad that cooking meat on skewers is not provided. Thanks a lot for the idea.
