This is so helpful! I've got two questions for ya. 1.) Do you know how adding a fourth clip affects the size of the "spine"? I'm wondering if they make the elasticized spiney thing wider to accomodate a fourth spot or if they squeeze a fourth one in tightly. I'm inclined to pay the extra to add a fourth clip but then not actually use it if it means that I could put three big ol' chunkies inside. 2.) Do you think a spiral bound planner like an Erin Condren Life Planner or a spiral bound mixed media notebook would work with the clip mechanism?

I first heard about Roterfaden Taschennbegleiter from Myke Hurley @imyke on the Pen Addict podcast, and have been thinking of getting one. So I've been looking around on KZfaq for reviews and found yours. (I ordered the sample set from their website, and have been thinking of getting Dance Floor, to be able to put stickers on it. They have a monthly email newsletter, and it looks like they are going to be offering PrintBlanket ones through there, in a first come basis.) Did you ever do a video on how you have yours set up in use?

I do still have them...I like them both but I've mainly used the larger one.

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on the Roterfaden - I've been eyeing one for weeks now and I'm dying to pull the trigger and order one! Do you have any samples or know much about the suede interior options? All videos/photos/reviews I've seen included the felt interior.

+Louise Moore I haven't actually seen the suede interior myself but it sounds great! I like the felt because I was pretty sure I would be using them for art journals and was worried about getting the interior wet.

The suede looks lovely from what I can tell on their website. Sounds like you made a good choice with the felt though if you intend to use it as an art journal. It would be great to see more in the future about how you end up using them :-)

Thank you for these videos. (I do hope they will post them on their site!) One question: You mentioned putting in a Hobonichi, which I'd opt to do. If so, what (if anything) would/could you do with the other clips? Would there be room for two Midori-type books? And if you chose to remove the clips, would their sheaths interfere with ease of use with the Hobonichi? TIA.

+Kat There would be room for other inserts depending on how thick your hobonichi gets. I will be doing a set up video soon and you should be able to see what I mean when you see it. I don't believe there would be any problem with removing the other clips if you chose to.
