Firstly I have to give you 10 out 10 on the whole tutorial,and demonstration part .Secondly as a user of this machine I have some concerns the pan usually takes less time and gas/electricity than this as per rotti which makes it very inefficient and expensive .Thirdly the results are not as amazing as we think many ppl who bought it were back on the traditional tawa cooking after using it few times says it all.

Tq for your input, it is helpful. I could tell from the look of the cooked roti that it isn't as good as made by traditional method; the roti does not look soft and it took a longer time to cook. To enjoy a soft melt in the mouth roti, the roti must not sit long on the tawa/hot pan.

Thank you for the detailed review. I am recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. Now it is early stage but it hurts my wrist and fingers. Right now I am on help and feel bad about it. I want to make roti on my own for my husband. That is why upto to buy roti maker. Though I am quite good in making roti and paratha but health is not allowing me to do.

The biggest problem with this machine is that the atta chapatis turn out leathery, stretchy, and not at all like the one made by hand and on the tawa. The main problem is the excessive gluten development due to press action because it stretches the dough rather than the rolling method when rolled with hand. They look amazing but taste crap with this rotimaker. Our rotimaker is lying unused.
