As i am not a professional chef myself, i feel free to give her 20/10 can you beat that ? I didn't see many of her videos, but they are so good, and teach us many things. The ones that i saw are compelling. I can't wait to try her fried bread recipe. It looks so much better that mine

Elite she is.. ingredients.. utensils and kitchen ... she knows her work.. my mouth fell open just to see how brilliantly she use the P rolling pin... it came so easy and natural for her.. im from india, kerala, i used to make roti for dinner, and all these time i thought i do well with my rolling pin. Exactly how I used to watch my mum make them. She would make a stack in such a short space of time and without rolling pin some times. I learnt from her about the spots and when to turn over and to make sure it inflates so it cooks through! Amazing! Love your videos!

your Roti isn't sticking to surface while wheeling how , like mine always stick to surface and plus you use nonstop pan. my Roti always got hard and dry because I use to much aata so it doesn't stick to surface what to do..

Use one to two teaspoons of oil while kneading the dought This will make ur roti soft And keep the dough in refrigerator for Atleast 3-4 hours it prevents sticky dough. Hope it works for u

@@syeda2894 my mother said the same but whenever it stick to surface and roller I add dry flour and after that when I put that on tawa it became really crispy and uncooked even if I use slow gas
