To clarify, this video is not part of a comprehensive cleaning. It is part of the presentation. Before purchasing the equipment, the customer wanted to verify it in his own way. In that video, only the brush is working, the suction section was turned off. That's why there's dust floating around. In addition to selling products, we also provide services and these machines work really well if we choose the right brush size for the duct.

😂😂 they just turn on the brush but not vacuum part. Are they really trained to do the job?

That is a perfect example of why a Rotobrush is garbage. All it does is break loose the debris within the system. It doesn't remove it. And you can clearly see by all the dust it doesn't vacuum it either. I've seen a rotobrush go over a year (and in that year we were doing mostly commercial buildings with a minimum 4500 linear feet of duct without the bag even being a 1/4 full. And we were using their largest diameter hose. That hose has the maximum power. If you go the next size down you lose 40% of its draw. And the smallest hose (dryer vent attachment)creates no draw whatsoever. It's the equivalent of putting a dryer vent cleaning brush in your drill. The only way to get by with it, is to purchase a negative air machine. The negative air machine cost as much as the Rotobrush. If you're going to spend that much money I would recommend buying equipment from an actual manufacturer and not a marketing company.

Funny watching all that dust blowing around that’s not getting sucked into that worthless machine. Plenty of folks have been suckered with these machines. Pure junk. Negative pressure machines are the way to go.
