It came long before actually. It was part of a nightmare Regina had way back in season one about Emma killing her. Right after that scene Emma went for a decapitation strike with David's sword and Regina woke up scared to death.

Victoria Chamberlain peter pan was rather nasty and creepy with a dark pied piper vibe. Wheres jafar from the short lived spinoff and undead david reginas first true love.

Yes while Pan did have that amazing threat factor that you would want in a villain, I feel as though Rumple did that better because of the fact that he caused a lot of the hell that the cast was put through in one way or another. And oh my god, I though that I was the only one that knew about Jafar! He was such a great villain for the series, even if it was just in a spinoff! And for David, he wasn't really a bad guy. He was just a pawn of the plot that was used to show people why Regina hated Snow so much. When he was revived, he acted the way he did because he was basically a mindless zombie acting only on his instincts.

Victoria Chamberlain i really liked the spinoff its too bad it only lasted a season. Hook might have started off as a villains henchman but all he originally wanted was rumples head. Hook is not exactly a villain in the strictest sense. Peter pan was as nasty as cora he had wendy as a prisoner he tried to kill hook abandoned and stranded his son rumple and then switched bodies with henry. Also the person who made this forgot the two agents who kidnapped henry and killed august.

Okay, yeah he's pretty bad. And honestly, those two can be rather forgettable at times, especially with how early on they were introduced.

Victoria Chamberlain they were kind of forgettable true but their actions weren't killing magic users out of revenge was rather villainous.

aridel this is my favorite currently on tv. Sad to see it end but hopefully it goes out with a great finale. There are stories left to tell but hopefully some one will fill in the blanks with a new show or a series of novels.
