Μιά χαρά είναι η πατρίδα μας. Οι Rotting Christ έχουν γράψει ιστορία. Από κει και πέρα δεν μπορείς να έχεις όνομα μπάντας "σαπίζων Μεσσίας" και να περιμένεις η Πολιτεία να σε επιβραβευσει. Αν είχαν άλλο όνομα που δεν θα έθιγε την Ελληνορθοδοξια, με μη βλάσφημο περιεχόμενο, τότε σαφώς και θα τους έπαιζαν και στις ειδήσεις. Όλα είναι θέμα επιλογών. Επέλεξαν αυτό το μονοπάτι και εφόσον απευθύνονται στην Αγορά δεν υφίσταται η ανάγκη εμπλοκής της κρατικής οντότητας.

The evolution of Rotting Christ over the years makes their discography like a journey. Sadly I only knew about them in 2019 when In The Name of God video released yet I’m still digging out the old albums! My favorite by a long shot is Theogonia.

I've been listening to them from the beginning and my favorite is Theogonia too. What an album from the first song until the last one, a masterpiece. RC is one of a kind always improving and coming with something so good.

Technically their best album is Triarchy of the lost lovers. And the most heavy metal albums are Thy Mighty Contract and Non Serviam.

I am afraid they will continue the path they took on the previous album. Slower,less aggressive,more melodic approach. It is not necessarily a bad thing but I really miss those days when Rotting Christ were flogging my bleeding ass with their razor-sharp riffs.
