In this video I show a simple method of rotting down meat to achieve a desired state to use in a lure or bait. There are a lot of different ways to do this. At the most basic level, you allow the meat to rot until it achieves the desired state, and then use sodium benzoate or a similar preservative to stop the breakdown process and preserve the meat in its existing state.
