you have very good fluidity and good spatial awareness with rotating shots, the only cut I wasn't a huge fan of was the itadori turning towards the camera the drawings themselves coulda been better but i really like your work.

Took me 3years but with consistent practice,you can improve a lot in a year. Inorder to develop your skills, -try to understand the basic fundamentals of drawings and animation. -study art or animations done by professionals and break it down step by step. - observe your daily surroundings and implement it in your drawings. -And lastly, keep practicing a lot.
