BIGBANG all the way. Legends. Read the lyrics, it's deeper than you think. The MV concept is reality vs. dream. It keeps cutting between the two with each set and there's a lot of meaning behind it. Also, Daesung is a drummer and he performs it live in concert while singing. The lyrics: "It's hard being sober. I can't do anything. I hate being sober. I can't fall asleep without you. Time is so dam slow. I'm just growing old, I live like I'm dead. I have so many dam things to do but I have nothing I want to do. The world is so cold to me. People's eyes are prickling on me. I seem like an adult, but I'm really a child that's really tall. My young dreams are just faded fantasies"

Bigbang. You need to read the lyrics - excellent. I couldn't see lyrics for txt (will look them up) and so didn't really get what it was about. I know BIGBANG lyrics so I could appreciate the mv - relate a lot. Agree about musical taste.

As a fan of both groups, the desicion was so hard, but I’ll be choosing Txt. Big Bang is a beautiful group, they have better songs than Sober, same with Txt. Anyways, my vote is for Txt!!

I’ll go with txt, I heard both songs and I review them. For me DEJA VU has a better concept and rhythm, SOBER is good, but not mu type of music, both songs are incredible but I’m choosing DEJA VU by TXT

I think it’s a disservice to not watch Bigbang videos with lyrics given G-dragon is arguably the first idol allowed to write his own music and has the most royalties than another other artist in Kpop. A lot of times their videos give off happy fun vibes but the lyrics are quite heavy, real and sad and write about things a lot are afraid to speak up about. And if performance will be rated considering choreography, then they will majority of the time lose as dancing is not a huge focus for their MVs unless you watch a live stage

The English lyrics not being here hurt sober. The song is about a break up and not wanting to deal with the pain and numbing with alcohol. The MV was them being lost in their own fantasy world and not dealing with their feelings. Also Sober is a great song but Bigbang has better songs who picked Sober as their representative? The live version of sober would go far but I think there's a limit on how far the MV can go in this tournament. You can't beat bigbang live. But this isn't one of they're top 5 most popular songs. Still voting for it. I love that sad songs that seem happy.

Lyrics wise, message wise sound wise (band fan) i preferred BigBang's SOBER (especially the LIVE version). Btw, when you do stuff like this you should consider all aspects/criteria like musicality, technicality that's why you should check out the lyrics & messages too. PS. BigBang's MV concepts & lyrics usually on contrast & not on literal. They put a lot of symbolisms too & let the fans & viewers unlocked it.

I have no idea why fans are hating on the other group... That’s toxic. (Conclusion, my vote is for txt) But leaving that in a side, both groups & songs are really good, the vocals of both groups are so good in their jobs, it was hard to get a group for vote, but I’m voting for Txt. That doesn't mean that I don't like Big Bang’s song, is just that after hearing a lot of times both, I get the conclusion that I like both, I choose over the visual of the group’s members 😂 Hard too.

as a vip i dont really mind which group wins, since it is individual preferences. but hopefully you will checkout more of bigbang's. especially their live performances. sober have beautiful sad context despite the fast upbeat music. you can check this live performance since it have CC. TXT! Their lore and storyline is so much deeper than just romance. I literally cannot explain it because it’s so confusing and has been ongoing for 5 years. Txt is always experimenting with new genres and their music never disappoints!

I like you explain about Sober for replay because that was the reason i like all bigbang songs.. they dont have the typical structure of most songs have, but they play alot them to make the sound so goood. I jist dont know how to explain, but if oyi enjoy Sober you will enjoy all Bigbang songs... Txt Dejavu is good too but if you want to enjoy somg for a long time & feeling nostalgic Sober is a choice

TXT is art, nothing against the other group, I really liked their sound, but in all aspects TXT prevails.
