How do you attach the balloon clusters to the base of the garland to make it wider? And how do you attach the small 5" clusters?

Clusters of 5'' balloons I attach with rubber bands and bigger clusters I attach with fishing line (just keep adding clusters on the side of main garland) or with half of 260 balloon.

11 pulgadas, 12 pulgadas, 5 pulgadas y los grandes 17, 18, dependiendo que marca porque Sempertex y Qualatex creo que uno tiene 11 pulgadas y la otra marca 12 pulgadas. 😉espero haberte ayudado
