I think this is a scene from vienna. In one part he is flying over the people, but this looked like a rehearsal:). lokks funnyXD. I love this video. there is also another one

There's at least four Herbert's on that video: Kirill Gordeev, Rostislav Kolpakov, Jouko Enkelnotko and Marc Liebisch.

Apparently that was something that happened in the Vienna revival production. Though I don't know in how many shows they actually did it. It's kind of silly to be honest.
