I did the same ride in October. I rode from NJ to Las Vegas; starting picking up parts of 66 in St. Louis. I could tell the instant in the video you rode into Arizona. Stunning landscape.

The first really captures the flavor of Route 66 ride safe.

As a former trucker and Vet I don't think there is many places I have not been. I just never had the chance to stop and smell the roses as you and TJ are. Some day I would like to do some of it over on my bike and take time to see it all. Of course I can't go back to Arizona or California but there is allot more than than those two states.

Adam, being an OTR truck driver, I drive the route you just showed every week, but never have the time to stop at these places. Riding anywhere is a different experience than driving, but it shows how much nostalgia is really out there in our fabulous country. You and TJ ride safe.

Excellent. Love Winslow and the Flat Bed Ford was parked there when we went through. Stayed in a little Motel on the edge of town and it was an older place owned by a very nice Young couple. All the rooms have a them and we had the "Corvette" room, steel models and pictures of Corvettes everywhere.

Great memories. I grew up in Amarillo, and my family would drive Route 66 to California (before I-40) and we would stop at those little local restaurants and tourist souvenir shops. It's on my bucket list to ride Route 66 to CA on my bike. Thank you for a great video.

First time I was on Route 66 was in 1959 (12 years old) from Chicago to Kingman before there was an I-40. I always enjoy going east or west on Route 66 / I-40. Not only the scenery but also the people from around the world riding on The Mother Road.
