I don't care WHAT the judges say, Billy KILLED that routine!!!

I remember Comfort defending Billy to the judges, love her! And Billy did well!

i honestly thought that billy did a pretty good job, especially from being his intense contemporary style. the judges can't honestly expect every dancer to be perfect at every style. every dancer has their strengths and weaknesses. billy is one of the most amazing dancers i have ever seen, and they shouldn't fault him for not being perfect at krump.

I thought Billy did very well for being a lyrical, ballet dancer. I personally underestimated him. Of course Comfort is awesome, but I was impressed by Billy in this! He's more versatile than I thought he was, and he got into this dance and he did it well!

Omg!!! I watched the routine like 5 times to just watch the effort! Omg, Comfort is so damn good, but damn, Billy got this battle!!

Every time I watch this I get so hype! This is my all-time favorite hip hop routine that was ever performed on So You Think You Can Dance!

@ComfortFan4Real tbh, I don't understand where that "huge" difference comes in. They have differences, but it's not unheard of to think about their similarities. They have very similar facial features, their skintones are very on par, their hairstyles also. Don't forget, Rutina Wesley (Tara Thornton from HBO's True Blood) had her break out role in "How She Move", a dance film. "How She Move" was released in 2007, where Comfort's season of SYTYCD was the following year. :)

Billy got stronger as the routine went on, he started a lil sloppy but he pulled it together especially since it def wasn't his style...altho I kept picturing what this would have been if twitch partnered comfort for this choreo

I love how they dance and the message behind the dances, but the hip-hop was TOTALLY lacking. the lyrical was kind of..cute? but that is not what hip-hop is about. its more stop and smash with a smooth-ness, than them gliding across the stage looking kind of contemporary.

Krump isn't meant to be Choreograph, Krumping is at its' best when it is Free styling. You can easily tell a *story* and do a *choreograph* that is much more smoother than what i have seen on this show with Krumping.

R.I.P Krump on SYTYCD 2006-2010 Please come back from the dead, cuz in my opinion. unless the winners can do routines like this and go back and do a tyce diorio or sonya tayeh routine then they can really dance. melanie still hasnt shown to me that she can do this hardcore hip hop style. i love her but she hasnt proved shit

@weensypandaXD nah i think mia is the best choice because she is passionate about dance. but I agree, I hated how they thrashed adechike when he was doing good. like i will admit some of the time it wasn;t his best performance, but it wasn't as bad as they made it saying "i really miss alex" that was messed up

@james64844 Krump is as different to those styles than those styles are to each other, but lets not forgot that krump is still a dance and as krump will grow more diverse. Just look at Eyez on Rize and now, there is a monumental difference because Krump is growing. Also remember Billy is in no way a Krumper, andhe is a homosexual. Its no surprise he didn't do well..

@weensypandaXD they were RIDICULOUS with AdeChike O_O He is such a strong dancer, but everything he did was wrong in the eyes of the judges, even when he did great. In between the outright bias against certain contestants and hero worshiping of others, the season got painful to watch, i actually started recording the shows to dvr just so i could fast forward past the judges "words of wisdom" I feel this seasons' talent was undermined so they could promote Kent and Lauren.

@uthunderilightning i'm feelin you man but you missed the point of freedom and expression w/c means freestyle in krump. yeah you can lab your tricks combos and stuff but in the end you gotta let the spirit take you. in ABDC 6 if you notice they are doin some freestyle in their performance, hence the week of Katy Perry at the last part of their performance. don't school me i know what is the history of krump. just sayin. @james64844 Hip hop, breakin and top rockin, popping, lockin were also all meant to be freestyles when they began... but as a dance evolves it will get to the point where its choreographical counter parts will be on par with its original roots of freestyle... I'm not saying Krump looks just as good choreographed as it does freestyled... I'm saying in due time Krump will be diverse enough to be able to choreograph to without losing its expression...

@MyspaceRuinsLives I totally respect your opinion! but this wasn't their fault. the choreography wasn't strong they were just doing what they learned. I won't blame them actually.. I would blame the choreographer (Lil C) i love him, and he's an amazing krumper. but when he does choreographys on SYTYCD.. it don't work.

In response to all comments regarding Billy's Krump vs Alex's Hip hop. Billy's Krump had no strength behind it the movements weren't complete and the feeling of krump wasn't there. I think it is fair to say that he did not perform this well at all. Alex on the other hand, his movements were complete, they hit hard, and he moved like a hip hop dancer. If say Billy and Kherington did a crump routine, she would outshine him. Comfort was not going hard at all and made Billy look silly.

@james64844 Actually, Krump was a form of freedom and expression from underprivleged people who didn't have an outlet to choreography and didn't know what it was. But, I'm not discrediting you in anyway. It's been popularized to the point where your example is a legit presentation of what krumping is today, but you're not giving anything different than what you're seeing here. Those guys on ABDC6 were choreographed also; perhaps even more-so than SYTYCD.

True that Billy needed to go harder but they could've done stuff to help billy costume wise... like they could've covered his face cause, and i'm sorry to all billy fans and i am one as well, but his face was still too "billy"... i don't think it was as bad as the judges made it to be but it wasn't great either and ever since Twitch and Kherington's krump routine i feel the bar has been raised for contemp dancers to adapt to krump...

It's okay if you put "choreographed krump" in your performance but atleast do a little freestyle within the performance because let's not forget krump was meant to be done in freestyle not choreographed, ya'll don't believe it? watch Street Kingdom in ABDC 6. you can't tell them they doin it wrong couz they are the people why KRUMP exists and they are the people who made KRUMP
